Our online training courses are available ANYWHERE in the World where you can access the internet for online learning. Online courses are not refundable once the course has been accessed.

Physical products requiring postage are priced for UK addresses. If you require postage costs for outside the UK, please contact us for shipping rates before placing an order - excludes online courses which are free of shipping costs.
Customs, Duties and Tariffs
Overseas orders: Your country’s customs agency may determine you owe a duty or tax. Nearly every shipment that crosses an international border is subject to the assessment of duties and taxes. Each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported. The carrier will liaise with you directly but in our experience, they usually only charge a customs clearance fee. These are fees charged by the carrier for processing the imported goods and filling in the required paperwork.

Fraud Prevention
We always verify account information and shipping address before shipping. We will only ship to the same
address as registered with your credit card or PayPal unless you have purchased from us before or pay by Bank Transfer.
​Missing Parts / Damage
Please advise us of any problems with missing or damaged parts within 5 days. Carrier damage must be taken up immediately with the carrier. We regret that we may be unable to process your claim beyond this time but will always do our best to help and support you.

Returns/Cancellation and After Sales
If you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we will refund your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available to you for 14 days after delivery. We will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. IMPORTANT: The goods must be NEW and UNUSED and returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you to your specification or refund your purchase if the item has been used or damaged.
If you are returning your goods via courier/postal service, it is your responsibility to pay for any return shipping charges. Any damage caused in transit will be your responsibility and may affect the viability of your return. We will contact you if there is a problem with the goods received. We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be credited to your account by the same payment method originally used.
